Review on Stant 10811 Fuel Cap by Stephen Cooper
Lasts about 2 years.
We do smog checks here every two years and the fuel cap check is part of the old car check. The rubber seal lasts 2 years. So I end up buying one every 2 years because of a dry cracked rubber seal. Maybe the ethanol mix destroys them? I think the Stant is at least as good as any of them, but be prepared to replace it in a few years.
