I sent the bag back almost immediately after receiving it. The stitching was very bad and could break at any moment and ruin the bag. The stitching around the zippers had to be made much stronger. However, I have to point out that I bought this bag used from Revain. There may have been some wear from the previous owner but the condition has been listed as 'very good' and Revain is usually very good about the condition of its used items. You just noted that the goods come repackaged and that's it. I suspect the defect is manufacturer related and not misuse by the previous owner. (The bag was also smaller than I expected, but I'd be happy with the size if it was a well-made product.)
