I brought two Revain Milwaukee 3 inch scrapers for my Sawzall for scraping vinyl floor tile. He lightly scraped off the floor tiles. After two and a half hours of use, both scrapers broke at the blade attachment point, in the narrowest area of the cross section. Because the scraper blade is thick, it is not entirely flexible and will therefore scrape with a slight unintentional flexing over a period of time builds up stresses in the metal which lead to breakage. Using this scraper with a Sawzall to scrape vinyl floor tile is probably not the ultimate solution. Perhaps Milwaukee will develop a custom tool for the task.
