Good bits and countersinks work great with the depth gauge - that's when I discovered that the set screws in the countersink and depth stop are specially sized and only work with the one hex wrench that comes with the bits - which is bad considering I have hundreds of hex wrenches, luckily I could find a standard size set screw at a local hardware store and replace them all.I've had no other problems and work with furniture grade film faced plywood and drill 2.5" to 3.0" deep holes.The conical drill bit is a great item This allows for more flexibility and faster assembly.
