Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am very happy with this purchase, I will advise everyone!

At my job, I spend a lot of time working with text and huge files (I frequently have multiple tabs open in Word, Excel, PDF, AutoCAD, and Chrome). My old laptop was a Swift5 2022 with an Intel Core i5 processor, 8 GB of RAM, and 256 GB of storage. I was forced to make the switch because there were not enough operatives and programs would occasionally start to fly out while I was working, as well as mounting loops being dispersed and the battery sitting down a lot over the years. This particular model of Asus was selected in the end. Therefore, I primarily compare with Swift. The keyboard that comes after Swift is quite stylish and is perhaps the greatest one that I've used on a laptop. There is no change to the screen at all. On the Swift, the screen was somewhat crooked and there was a bright spot in the corner; in contrast, the case (as well as the screen) is more rigid. The eleventh generation i5 processor is obviously not necessary for the jobs that I need to complete; Swift performed just as well. In theory, an i3 processor would be plenty, but because such models do not come with 16 GB of RAM, I had no choice but to go with this one. The laptop itself lives up to my expectations, however I suspect that I will replace the preinstalled version of Windows with another operating system.

Pros
  • 1. A sturdy construction 2. The keyboard offers a high level of convenience. 3. Touch pad with a large surface area 4. Having a low weight 5. The display is of sufficient quality; full high definition on a 14-inch screen is sufficient. 6. Quick battery recharge 7. Sufficiently capacious battery (in the charge-saving mode and with the screen brightness set to 100%, it functioned without needing to be recharged for two days and seven hours non-stop in the typewriter mode with Internet connectivity. 8. If you do not charge it while it is operating, it will not heat up at all; but, if you try to charge it, it will heat up very quickly and turn itself off. 9. The fan is still operational, but during the day at the office you won't be able to hear it; nevertheless, if you are doing something that requires complete silence at night, you will notice it.
Cons
  • 1. Because the on key is part of the main keyboard block, there is a possibility of accidentally pressing it when working with text (this happened to me once a month on my older version of Swift5). 2. The advertising sticker that is affixed to the area to the right of the touch pad is adhered in a slightly crooked manner, which causes the perfectionist within to cringe. 3. Windows 10 and the applications that comes pre-installed: I have never seen so much trash in one place, and this is obviously tin. After the initial release of Windows, it took a significant amount of time to uninstall many browsers and other applications. As a direct consequence of this, the memory on the laptop is immediately filled with 3.7 GB worth of garbage of various types (on Swift, the memory is immediately filled with 1.5 GB worth of autorun after loading with a large number of essential programs).
