Easy installation if you know how to handle PS4 inside or ever needed to change a disc in PS3. My issues with this particular drive was that I thought it was brand new when I ordered it. However, literally EVERY screw on the drive was stripped. I had to rotate the daughter board to loosen the screw so I could catch it with tweezers and remove it. Luckily I didn't need that particular detail. If it was a "genuine SONY" and a "new" product, their performance in assembling these drives sucked. The original drive in my PS4 had no issues with the screws removed. The drive works though, so I'm quite happy.
