After a BIG effort I was able to get this print server to work. I installed it with HP Officejet 6110xi. The main problem here is the printer drivers. It doesn't like all-in-one drivers for some reason, so you'll have to use a generic one. At first I was told that I only need the driver for printing, but after downloading it I was unable to add the printer and get it to use the driver I downloaded. Much easier to use generically. I called HP and found what driver it was in minutes and it was pretty easy at the time. Use installation tips provided by others. With emphasis on the following. 1) Make sure the SSID is the same on the print server and the router. It does this later for security reasons, but I used their default for the setting. 3) After setting, right click on the printer icon; select properties; On the Ports tab, select the print server's port and click Configure Port. Make sure the device port is correct - for some reason everything was set up correctly, but trying to set print to my parallel port and not USB works fine. The print server is in a closed cabinet in another room away from the router and works great even with my laptop on the other side of the house. I can finally work safely wherever I want.
