Good product, great company

This is a great product at a reasonable price. In fact, the device I received from Revain was defective. After a failed installation, I was able to identify a manufacturing defect inside the glass. I have decided to give MiKocks customer service a chance to resolve the issue before sending it back. I filled out a simple online warranty form and, to my surprise, received a call back within minutes (literally). The technician was helpful and polite. After a few questions, he trusted my diagnosis and sent the replacement parts by two-day mail. The exchange works perfectly. Here you not only buy a good product, but also a great company. Don't even hesitate!
