I'm grandma and got this today. I sat down and read the instructions and checked what he wanted to do. After 10 minutes I installed it. It works great and was so easy to install. I'll update if necessary after it's been running for a few months.

I should be paid for the time I spent on this faulty lock. This is the worst designed Taiwanese crap I've ever come across. If you get it to work, be careful, it can block you permanently. I've installed thousands of locks and it's just rubbish. Revain shouldn't wear crap like that.

Worked great for a month and then stopped working. No matter what I do, it doesn't work anymore. Doesn't recognize passcodes I randomly set. I've cleared all passwords several times to reboot the system, but nothing. I know how to deal with it because I have another lock like this in another room that still works great. It just died inside me. It's a shame I think I'll just use the key for now. Very disappointed.

This is a great product at a reasonable price. In fact, the device I received from Revain was defective. After a failed installation, I was able to identify a manufacturing defect inside the glass. I have decided to give MiKocks customer service a chance to resolve the issue before sending it back. I bought this for my little daughter to keep her brother with sticky fingers from going into her room. Turns out the lock is sticky too. At least ten times I've had to rescue my crying daughter from a room. When the lock is locked from the outside, it often gets stuck - you need a key to get in or save people from the other side. I was hoping that the sticky lock would gradually get better over time. But I just removed the lock and will be looking for another lock from a different manufacturer.

After unpacking the lock the bezel was scratched and looked used (see pic) Anyway due to the urgency I got down to fitting and all was easy. However, after setting up the number lock, nothing happens when I press the lock button. It can only be locked if I turn on the auto lock feature, which is inconvenient because I wanted to lock the door when I wanted, not automatically. I checked the instructions again, but the script isn't listed when this problem occurs. The instructions are pretty basic

Package arrived on time for our week long vacation.
