Review on MiLocks TKK-02OB: High-Security Digital Door Knob Lock for Interior Doors, Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish by Casey Mann

After unpacking the lock the bezel was scratched and looked used (see pic) Anyway due to the urgency I got down to fitting and all was easy. However, after setting up the number lock, nothing happens when I press the lock button. It can only be locked if I turn on the auto lock feature, which is inconvenient because I wanted to lock the door when I wanted, not automatically. I checked the instructions again, but the script isn't listed when this problem occurs. The instructions are pretty basic and pretty much useless. You called their hotline number and an auto-generated message directs you to report a warranty issue by going to their website. Seems to be a very selfless service model where they don't go into the basics and want to find an easy fix!
