Raspberry Pi 4 is a new board and doesn't have many case options yet. I've used this stylish case on my 3B+ before and love it too. Very durable acrylic is used here and the heatsinks are excellent. For $10 I can't believe how good this is! The fan runs silently in 3.3V mode and the temperature on my Pi never exceeds 60 degrees with Seti@home under full load. The ambient temperature inside the house is 72F/22C. The only thing I can tell the manufacturer is that some kind of rubber feet are included. Luckily I had some so I added my own but the product really should have come with it. Nonetheless, I would buy this case again. Also, despite what others have said here, heatsinks work great with a fan inside the case. I don't know what others have done, but this works great, don't worry!
