I like that it has all of my medical information in one place, which makes keeping up with appointments much easier! It also helps to keep track of medications when you don't have to go back through your old charts every time. The only thing about this program that I dislike is how slow it can be at times for uploading or downloading files. Sometimes its really frustrating because there's no real way around it. If you're looking for an easy way to store patient info then definitely check out iMARS! Keeping tabs on appointments/medications as well as other important documents such as insurance cards make it so convenient and easy to manage without having to carry multiple books everywhere we go. iMARS has been a great help for our practice. The user interface is very simple to use, allowing us to easily navigate through the system. The only real downside I have experienced with iMARS is that sometimes they will ask me to complete an additional survey before I can access my patient information. They are always quick to fix any issues I've encountered. I'm able to easily keep track of all patients' appointments, test results, immunizations/shots, and much more in one place!
