I have internet comcast. Unfortunately, it has a data limit of 1.2 TB. I recently found that I have an Xfinity public hotspot near me, but it's only strong enough on the east side of my house. Between this Powerline product from TrendNet and the WAVlink range extender, I was able to hook up the xfinity public internet connection and broadcast to the west side of the house where the PS4 and Xbox are. I only get about 20Mbps (compared to 120Mbps at my house) over the powerline connection, but that's enough for most of our gaming needs. Especially when installing or updating games when they can reach up to 98GB. There is no need to pay Comcast/Xfinity for an unlimited plan as this helped solve the problem of high downloads which would force me to get close or exceed the limit. I plan on getting another to keep one on each console. I only took off one star because while it has a pass-through socket, it blocks the 2nd plug in your outlet. You can use a regular two prong extension cord if needed, but it doesn't matter much to me.
