Goopy Oil - a cleaner?
Was looking for an alternative to Stihl cleaner/lubricant for my secateurs. Based on the description I thought it might be a compatible product but it doesn't seem to be. This is a very heavy and "sticky" lubricant - it sticks enough to form a thread of lubricant between the blades of the machine after a few seconds of operation. Stihl's product is designed to remove resin from pruned plants. I'm not sure if this product is supposed to have any cleaning properties. We hope that using this product will not spoil the situation and will not affect the performance of this device.
