Brilliant! I'm a homeowner changing bathroom/tub tile in an old house: first time. I needed a 4 1/2" "Cut a hole in the 12x23 porcelain stoneware to connect it to the mixing valve (using a Schlueter gasket). I was looking for solutions and in doing so I broke 4 tiles. Large stores (2) recommended using a sander, local wood pros let me use a carbide hole saw and drill press, store (BATHROOM TILE) said they precut them and had never heard of a mixer valve hole that big. The second tile shop told me to drill a small hole and cut out a circle with wire cutters (#$%%$&^$^&%). The first smaller hole I cut was a mess. So I ordered this hole saw and was skeptical but went ahead. I used a template made from Schlueter board scraps (styrofoam) and that was enough to hold the drill in place. I used a low speed, low pressure battery powered drill, held water on it and made this hole in about three minutes. This tool is just great. I never write reviews and I refuse to do so, but I have to commend this saw. Thank you for an excellent tool that does what it is supposed to do.
