Absolute junk, improperly processed, does not meet the requirements. Chinese trash!
Do not buy this item for your Isuzu NPR with 4HK1 engine. The 3 holes drilled and tapped on this actuator are seriously out of spec, I cannot fasten all 3 bolts in the turbo. When they drilled and cut holes, they drilled them off center so they wouldn't line up in the OEM bracket. Also, forget about trying to connect that drive. The connector does not snap into the drive. The drive is too thick and the connector does not slide. Stay away!
