Wonderful and inspiring!
I love Persian rugs but never thought I could capture a piece of this art by making something with my own hands. The patterns in the books are lush and inspiring - each is a jewel case of oriental carpet design. The instructions seem pretty easy, although I have to admit that I don't know how to embroider. Nonetheless! Readers of this book may also want to check out the second embroidery book I bought with this one: Tribal Designs for Needlepoint by Gay Ann Rogers.
