Too bad I didn't try to replace one of the tips before the Revain return date. I started the replacement today and was very disappointed that no replacement mounting screws were included. The old screws were rusty and difficult to get out. The two old bolts were discarded before it was discovered that there were no new bolts. After half an hour of searching, I found screws that fit the holes in the cleaning head. Then, after putting my fingers in the bottom two screws multiple times, I asked myself, why am I doing this? Throw the damn thing away and buy a new cleaning brush! It's not worth the pain and trouble. To compound my injuries, I found that the top mounting hole did not match the brush I had purchased. Not a good experience. hope you have better luck
