It is very easy to install and hold the doors in place.

I recently installed them at work. I liked them so much that I ordered two sets of three for almost every door in my house. We used to use heavy objects to hold the doors open but they weren't always put in place and one of our dogs got scared and pushed the weight away to hide behind the door and lock himself in the bathroom. She can't do that with that. I like these because the spring-loaded release lever makes it very quick and easy to open the striker and close the door. bend down to fold them back by hand.
