Very thin. Only for light doors.

Look at my photo and compare the thickness of the metal on my old pen (below) to this pen (above). I have a large (36x96) double glazed door. I installed this handle and could see it flexing as I open and close the door. I sent it back immediately knowing it wouldn't take more than a few days. However, she looks very pretty. If you have a very light door that opens and closes with your fingertips, this might be a good choice for you, but it's not the best choice for large, heavy doors.
