It's a quality product

I love the quality, however it needs to be microwaved long for the level of heat need to give my hair a deep conditioning. That's my feedback.

Average performing heat cap

This heat cap is just ok. It does heat up easily in the microwave, the product comes with a starter pack of plastic caps to wear under the heat cap, and you get a nylon bag to store the cap in.I didn’t love it because it takes at least 2 minutes to get it warm enough, the heat doesn’t last more than 10 minutes, I have to keep putting it in the microwave to keep it warm for a 30 min. mask treatment, and it feels heavy on the head and not at all light and comfortable as other reviewers have…

Good not great on my review.

Product worked great for 2 and 1/2 years. But the material wore thin in spots after microwaving multiple times and now the beans are falling out and it’s no longer usable.

Great execution of a good idea

I bought this to use when I deep-condition my hair. This is easy enough to microwave and, after microwaving it for 2 minutes, it retains heat for approximately 20 minutes. I usually wait about 25 minutes, until it's definitely cool again, and then microwave it and put it on for another 20 minutes. I like not having to sit underneath a hood dryer or operate a blowdryer manually.

Fits a little snug, over time it may loosen up some.

I gave it a 4 rating because it worked but I didn't find that it held the heat for the 20 minutes stated, It said that I would have to re-heat it, which I did a couple of times, over all, it is much better than an electric one because it gave me the freedom to walk around and 'do.as I was doing'
