Why heat crimp or solder when this is SO EASY!

A perfect solution for connecting wires and nice for wire pairs such as speaker wires. These are a must in your electrical tool bag. Very quick easy to use for stranded or solid wires. Only issue is size is a little big.I also like the Ideal In-Sure push in wire connectors for connecting wires in a switch or outlet electrical box. they come in 2 port for connecting 2 wires, 3 port for three wires and 4 port for 4 wires. Easy to use and dont take up a lot of space in the box.

Pros
  • No more juggling and worrying about wires coming loose when your up on a ladder.
Cons
  • May not be approved for use in certain industries

They work good. Did not come with mounts.

These work good for my use of adding cord to led high bay lights. They did not come with the mounts.I would buy again if I did not need the mounts.

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use with high-frequency applications

Good product - Needs little fine tuning in terms of quality

I think it is a good product. I was not aware but I was looking for this kind instead of conventional wire nuts which even-though most safe and secured, in modern world we need to come up with better compact and cost effective ideas/products which is my belief of progress. So I liked this product but my concern is about the quality of material for Orange color locking arrangement. Initially I was little skeptical to apply force. Otherwise all other aspects seemed to be very well taken care of…

Pros
  • Wound up not using them but they should be perfect for my next project.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for outdoor use

So easy to use to splice / join wires. Excellent product

I got this to splice jumper clamps on my battery charger which came with some weird ass connector that was a pain to put on and take off.Now I have normal, standard jumper cable clips to connect my charger.Very solid, meet all the local electrical codes, quick and easy. Just cut the wire, strip off 3/4 inch, insert and clamp down. Done. Not worried about stress or pulling out.I used one like this with 3 slots to add a new outlet to an existing line that only had a couple inches of play, so…

Pros
  • The connectors work well in both commercial and residential applications
Cons
  • Can be difficult to install in cramped spaces

Great experience with the xf2!

Have been using wire nuts and electrical tape for connections my whole life. Had 25 mr16 transformers to bypass in a huge section of ceiling and was dreading working with my hands overhead through 4inch downlight holes in the plaster all day.I saw your product and ordered fifty xf2 two wire connectors to try them out. I prepped all the wires in the ceiling and connected all twenty five lights in under an hour. The finished result was a solid, strong connection that looks clean and tidy. All…

Pros
  • Inline lever nut 2 pole connectors. Buy them, astound your coworkers.
Cons
  • May not be easily replaceable if lost or damaged

Works great! in my review

They work fine. You just need to make sure the wire is stripped properly and they are pushed in all the way. That's my feedback.

Pros
  • Appears to be decent quality, good value for the price
Cons
  • May not come with clear instructions

nice idea. good for low voltage stuff

If these were constructed in a way that provided better isolation of each run I would use them for higher voltage applications. But as it is I think I'll stick to using them for low voltages. Great idea though. And the springs are very string. They provide good grip on the wire. You couild probably get away with using them to wire lights but I'm not a gambler so I'll stick to something that gives me better seperation. If the body was one molded piece with solid walls between the runs they woud…

Pros
  • Great!
Cons
  • May not be suitable for large-scale wiring projects

Connecting wires doesn't get any easier than this.

I have a security application where I have to connect and disconnect low voltage wires. Using conventional wire nuts are OK if you never have to remove a device, but after connecting and re-connecting a few times the strands get twisted and bent. The connector levers do nothing to damage the wires and holds it super secure. I love this product.

Pros
  • IDC Electrical
Cons
  • Can be difficult to find replacement parts

Simply Worked Great

I had tries another style of connector that just did not work well. I had looked at this one as well but thought it might be a little too large. After getting it, I was pleased.

Pros
  • They work great, might be slightly bulkier than I imagined but still did the job great!!
Cons
  • Not a single fixed base holder was included.

Fantastic Invention!

I used these items to create a quick release for the rear speakers on my Harley. They work great, and are easy to disconnect and connect when I need to remove my saddlebags for servicing. Whoever invented these type devices seriously deserves a pat on the back. Well worth every penny!

Pros
  • These connectors are compact and take up less space than traditional wire connectors, making them ideal for tight spaces
Cons
  • Can be more difficult to install without a helper

Works wonderfully.: my feedback

These connectors are nice and compact, the signal is great going through it, and you can change out components without soldering or crimping. Used these bad boys in my guitar so that I can change out the pickups with ease. Like I said, clear signal.

Pros
  • N/A
Cons
  • May not be easily accessible in hard-to-reach areas

Awesome Wire Splices

These are great wire splices since they can be used time and time again. They were exactly what I was needing for my project

Pros
  • should be just what I need connect my under cabinet lights to power
Cons
  • May not be insulated enough for certain environments

Well made, almost a five

Inspired by Peter F, I took one of these apart to get good photos of the connector "guts". The build quality is excellent with tight tolerances, which is why it took so long to get one apart without destroying it. There is a healthy copper bar in the wire contact area, which you can technically get out, but not when it's in the plastic housing. The bottom molding has a CE stamp, but nothing from UL. I agree with Peter's observation that if you use 14 AWG or larger wire, then you should have no…

Pros
  • Sliced bread

Pros
  • With 2 circuit inline splices, these connectors are perfect for multiple connections

Great connector in my review

Excellent option for connecting spare circuits that might need rework/repair or just the removal of spare components.Well made and easy to use.

Pros
  • These connectors are suitable for a wide range of wire sizes, from 28-12 AWG
Cons
  • Can be difficult to find in stores

Not everything is gold

It has a circular access for the cable. Inside it changes its shape to square. This makes it extremely difficult to insert the cable, especially if its diameter is large.

Pros
  • Needed only one; extras not needed.
Cons
  • Limited to only 2 circuits

User friendly great connection

I used one of these to add a piece of house grade wire to install a new vent hood over my stove old wire was too short and this was perfect just strip wires, click closed and your done much easier than wire nuts and they lay flat instead of sticking up!

Pros
  • They are very easy to use which made splicing wires properly a normally more difficult task a breeze.
Cons
  • Limited operating temperature range

Revainrating 2 out of 5

These are sticky on my review.

These are hard to flip open, then you have to make sure you flip it all the way over before inserting the wire. Not impressed with the quality.

Pros
  • Used to hook up my auxiliary 60 volt Lithium batteries to my mobility scooter. Super Fast, Super Easy!
Cons
  • Limited availability in certain areas

Convenient and Effective

I bought these connectors to allow easy disconnect for outdoor speakers. Clever little device that makes excellent contact and holds the wires very well. Disconnect is very easy by flipping the levers in the up position. So far, I like the concept.

Pros
  • Great. Be aware that these make 3 pairs of connections, they don't connect all 6 wires together
Cons
  • Can be time-consuming to install
