Very happy with this

Very happy with this. Loved that it comes with caps and wiring for either running all three off the same circuit, or you can wire each one individually.

Thin wire, and very deep sockets.

I've installed a lot of 12v car sockets / 12v to USB / 12v Anderson Power Pole connectors, and I've ordered car sockets many times.I got this installed in my camping trailer and plugged in my car socket tester (has a volt gauge) and the tester didn't register any power. Shocked, I checked all of the connections and tried again. Still no joy. Finally I got out my multi-meter, and there is power in the socket - the socket is just so deep that my tester couldn't make contact at the back.I gather a

Very High quality. in my review

The unit was much higher quality than I expected with thick high impact plastic. This was purchased to add outside power outlets to our camper. I am not disappointed. Wire was heavy gauge, tinned ends, housing heavy and watertight caps fit very tightly. To say the least, I am impressed. Its such a crap shoot when buying these types of products unseen, but you cant go wrong here.

Dangerous! Not marine rated.

This product is dangerous. Installed in a Jeep Wrangler that sees regular offroad usage. I wanted a marine rated outlet in case any water or other contaminants made their way into the cabin. Driving home, and I noticed my phone stopped charging, and smoke was billowing out of the top of the unit. Unplugged the cable from the usb charger, and popped open the caps for the sockets, only to find them excessively corroded and shorting out internally, but not enough to pop the 10A fuse I used to…

Neat power points. best in my review

I have a 12 volt - 30 amp power supply for the radios in my radio shack; this gadget is also supplied by that power supply. I use it for a pair of HT radios and the third outlet charges my cell phone and other electronics. Works well for m.

works OK but locking nuts on plug ins are quit loose and will not tighten up without jumping the threads , may lead to failure

Perfect for back of Jeep JK

Just what I needed to have a source in the very back of the jeep. All wires are included and ready to go. Had to cut a slight notch in the back so the wires could come in and sit flush
