This bottle has made it really easy to keep track of how much water I'm drinking. I love the straw option and haven't had any problems with leaks so far. It easy to lose track of how many cups I drank with smaller options or easy to lose the cup entirely in the mess that is my house at the moment. I fill this every morning at work and drink all day. This way I actually drink almost a gallon of water a day. It's a great jug and seems to be holding up well. I've had it a few months and it still looks like new. Several of the other people in the office have gotten their own because it is such a great idea.
