🔧 Improved 1983-91 Replacement Kit for Ford and International 6.9 7.3L IDI Diesel Injector Return Line Installation Review

Had to reuse one of the old injector heads as they didn't all fit the old ones. But eliminated all fuel leaks and increased fuel consumption.

This kit was top notch. Nothing is missing and nothing is missing. I would buy this kit for any 6-9 or 7.3. fixed my problem that it wouldn't start

The hose is more than enough for a few errors. Cut one tube too long and the other too short. Unfortunately, swapping places wasn't possible, but there's enough tubing to get the job done. Clamps are good and tight. My stock boots are in good condition, so I can't speak to another reviewer who said they were too big for the 6.9L injectors. Excellent purchase! Fixed fuel leak.

I haven't had a chance to fit this but no one complains about fitting as long as you get to install the correct range of years. I work with German vehicles and the parts/materials in this kit are an OE quality replacement. While plastic on a hot engine isn't the best idea, I'm sure they'll hold up just as well as the originals in 30 years. The only real flaw was the leaking o-rings.
