Problem with the spare wheel solved!

What does the transparency rating mean? Anyway, this is what I need to get my TPMS system to work with the spare tire. The old version of the transmitters only sent data when rotation was detected so the spare tire wasn't visible to the receiver and once an hour there was a no signal signal which was very annoying! This newer version sends updates regularly, even if they are not rotated. Problem solved!

Four out of six work great

I ordered a full kit for my camper van but two were missing for the inner wheels. The master kit works great and is a great way to check and monitor tire pressure. These two additional transmitters continue to lose signal. The valve protrudes towards the outer wheels so there is clearly no interference. I can't figure out why they fail after a few hours of driving. With the other four working fine I still think this is a good security product, especially if you have a large RV.

    Peace of mind

We have been using the TireMinder system on our trailer truck camper since 2015 and it works very well. even avoided a lot of damage when we punctured a trailer tire with a large piece of rebar the first year. Earlier this year we traded in a 1 ton truck with two rear wheels and ordered six new sensors for the truck. The system was working well until a transmitter broke this week. I just got off the phone with MinderResearch. They were very easy to deal with and today a replacement sensor isโ€ฆ

Essential when towing a two-axle trailer.

I had 8 of these - 4 on my RV/trailer and 4 on my truck. I just bought two more sets, one as a spare and one to replace the one that broke on my truck. I would give 5 stars, except for the one that recently failed on my truck after only a few months, but that was on a bike where I had to take the truck to a shop for the approaching metal on metal squeak. of the brake pad and rotor due to a frozen caliper. The alloy wheel and this sensor were covered in brown dust from a burned brake pad. Givenโ€ฆ

Cracks in the lid - beware

Good, right on the doorstep I like this product a lot. I have to say, being able to view and control the air pressure in both my truck and my 5th wheel (on the road) is a really nice feature (especially in a trailer). However, I've had it for about 2 years (I have 8 in total) and 2 of them have failed. One due to a blown trailer tire and I think the rubber from the tire ripped it off or the pressure ripped it off the tire (I couldn't find that even though the valve stem was still on the rim)โ€ฆ
