Given there are no instructions, I was left to figure this out on my own. It's simple enough. One piece on one side, the other on the opposing side. I placed them center of the wood frame along the edge. Too far. They wouldn't connect. I moved them to the outer edge. Still, not long enough. I cannot place them any closer to the edge so this was a waste of time and money. I like this product. The clips work well they don't move. Only thing I didn't like was was the screws. They come with screws that are far too small. I used some sturdier screws and works like a charm.

I tried to install two of these connectors on a large 2-piece sectional.First, they're very sturdy. I imagine that once installed on something with appropriate mounting surface, that they'd do a good job holding things together. However, in my case, the only available mounting surface for these connectors is 3/8" of an inch of wood area at the edges of the two sectional pieces I'm trying to connect. Our sectional came apart for years as the original latches only lasted moments before separating. These have not come apart in over two weeks of heavy family use! No more pushing the couch together!

We were about to get rid of our broken Pottery brown sectional. These saved us a ton of money by replacing the much smaller ones on our pottery bar sectional. Now we can still use our couch and it doesn't mover around! These are very sturdy. And were easy to install.

Strong, truly well made hardware. If you buy a new sectional, do your self a favor and pitch the cheap plastic ones that come from the manufacturer and screw these in instead. These are what the furniture manufacturers should have installed in the first place.

Our new sectional was delivered without the connector pieces, so after a week of pushing the pieces back together after every sitting session, I ordered this product. It installed easily with a screwdriver and the sofa is now sturdy and trustworthy. I highly recommend.

These were perfect to hold our sectional together. We have a three-piece sectional that had come with its own brackets but one never fit right so we took it off and replaced all pieces with these. We've had them on for many months now and they have stayed in place with no problems at all. I recommend this product.

Wow these definitely work but are a lot bigger than I thought (should have probably read the dimensions!). But they work, brought more than enough screws.My only con is that they are almost too strong and not very easy to take a part.but I probably won’t have to very much.I used these to connect two pieces of a sectional couch together. For each connection I’d recommend 2 to do the job.

They are way more heavy duty than I thought they would be. Also, they we easy to install. The one thing I would have to to say is that I wish all the screws were present.

We have a very large sectional and decided to use two connectors. The install was pretty painless and the couch sticks together no matter how rough the kids are.

Heavy duty. The plastic ones that came on our couch had all broke. We installed these metal ones and they work great. The springs are tight so they won't pop open. Very easy to install. I did put longer screws in them though. I felt the screws that came with them were short.

My sectional woes have been going on for a while and I hate having to readjust each piece after I watch a movie or have people over. This product immediately fixes that problem and it was perfect for my sectional since the other types weren't really compatible they are a little difficult to install and line up but once they are in they are sturdy and firm. And other than the intended way to separate the pieces they do not come loose at all.

Easy to install. I used it to attach a sectional couch and it works perfectly. Its also pivots which allows for flexibility (turning motion). Durable and thick. Keeps sectional interlocked.

We had these on our sectional but they were plastic and one broke. There is no way these will break. Very sturdy product. East to install especially if you have a screw gun. Heavy duty. We expect them to last longer than the sofa.

Bought these for my daughters sectional because the pieces always came apart. They were very easy to install, just laid the pieces on their back and attached in the middle of the sectional pieces using provided screws with a drill. Then took sectional pieces apart and set upright then lined up pieces and slowly pushed together until we heard the sound of the teeth grabbing. So quick and easy and my daughter says the sectional pieces haven't moved at all.

This was pretty easy to install, though it had no instructions and did require a drill. The biggest issue is the spring that makes the two pieces hold together pops out. We installed two and the first spring came out the minute we pushed the couches together, and the other did a couple hours later. We just put rubber bands around the end to hold the 2 pieces together. It seems to be working but this product does not function as it is supposed to.
