Used in my 29 gallon tank, does its job well. Tip: You should cut off excess filter material and if you rinse it with hot water, each filter can be used twice. Lasts about a month.

I like them for the price yes easy to use and this type of pump is quiet but these filters tend to slow the flow of water out of the pump. water comes from above.

Works and fits as described. After thinking for a while that throwing them out and buying new ones is a waste of time, I found that you can make your own with bulk filter pads a lot cheaper, and aquarium charcoal is pretty cheap to start with.

They are about the same size as the original Aqua-tech 30-60 filter cartridges, but even the original cartridges have trouble fitting in my aquarium filter. The blue filter pad on it is wider, thicker and fluffier than the original. You will never fit! They are great for filters that have a little more room.
