This is a few millimeters from the factory notch in the front bumper on several sides. The angle of the lid doesn't fit either, so it can't be changed to suit.

It just didn't fit right. I have to cut somewhere. It's like it's been twisted a bit in shape. I felt like I could fit it if I cut it, but then I would have a gap on the opposite corner where I had to cut something. It's good that I checked before I painted it. To be fair the seller refunded me in full so no damage was done.
