A few issues with the heater and the thing came in very bad condition. The power cord was completely dead and we had to replace it with another cord. Small flakes of silver were still wiping off the hot pot tray after the first rinse (paper towel, gentle wipe).

Works great for our first sukiyaki making. Lightweight, durable and does not move on impact. The little feet will cling to whatever it's sitting on, so give it a slight twist before lifting. The controls require fine tuning, but are well prepared. Easy cleaning with a warm, damp sponge and soap. Fun for our family dinners. Lots of different recipes to try.

Dude I got this grill because my girlfriend talks about the hot pot all the time and he delivered the package to me, me just about to turn in she does a review on youtube so i didnt open it but when monday came we opened it b4 went to an asian grocery store there were broken pieces from the grill maybe bad packaging bad handling it still works, but it is not like that. look how it was packed
