Super easy to assemble. We love watching ours in our bird bath. When the sun is out the water shoots up as much as a foot to two feet. With partial sun it still works, just not as high. We just ordered our second one and my brother liked it so much he got one too.

This fountain was easy to assemble and worked right away. I needed something to move the water in a birdbath on my patio, to prevent mosquitoes. It's a semi-shaded location that never gets any really strong sun, so I worried that a solar fountain might not work at all.This little pump goes like a champ in direct sunlight, but even when my patio moves into shade the solar panel can keep the water moving in short, intermittent bursts. Loved the product but found the filler road failed after a few months. Contacted shipper , through Walmart , and within days I received a replacement. Very happy with product and with their customer service.

Unlike previous one which had more consitant flow under varying sun conditions from different manufacture with similar specs (no longer available) This one tends to vary flow with very little change in sun.Having said that it works and the straw centering system is great to keep water in the fountain. We will see how long it lasts.

The fountain worked great but the water sprayed out of the bird bath even using the device to keep it centered. I had to refill the water every hour if I wanted to use it. Perhaps if I had a bigger bird bath it would be better. I can use it when I am outside to keep the water filled.

OK, only had this 1 wk, so not sure about longevity. Easy to put together. Bought for Hummers as they sure looked thirsty but wouldnt drink from the Lil Hanging supposedly Hummingbird water dish OR drink from our bird bath. Wish the spray ran all the time but as the sun changes so does the height of the spray. If in shade, it might shoot up a couple of inches. But in the sun it is amazing.
