NATURAL SPRUCE WOOD: Spruce wood surface texture is beautiful, the surface of the wood has a glossy feeling. It is good material with a delicate texture and natural fragrance, not easy to be rotten, but also has good toughness, flexibility, durability, sound insulation, heat insulation, and deodorization. Glue and paint coloring performance is good, not split when nailing. PURCHASE NOTES (GAPS ISSUE):The material of the door is natural wood, in order to prevent the wood from decaying during transportation, the wood is fumigated before shipment, so there will be small GAPS between the boards after the door is installed. But after a period of usage, the natural wood board absorbs the moisture in the air and the board slowly expands. If there is no gap at the beginning of the installation, the expansion of the wood will cause the door to crack. DIMENSION: Width: 32", Height: 84", Thickness: 1 3/8", Solid core thick: 1/2". Good low budget door

The door came in a nice box with all the boards wrapped for protection. Mine came with zero shipping damage and had all the pieces needed to assemble and install. I was surprised to see wood begs to plug the large assembly holes, nice touch.Assembly was easy and direction provided plenty of info to figure out how to do it. This door is awesome. Looks great plain Jane strait out of the box! Very easy to assemble. Just FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS! You know how in school they would do that fun test that started out with "read all the instructions FIRST then proceed”. Absolutely Worth It

Easy to assemble the door. Follow the directions. They were very clear and easy to read. I used a header as I didn’t want to remove/change the door frame. I had water lines to avoid in 2 spots so I did opt to grab 2 replacement lag bolts for the black track that were same size but shorter so they didn’t enter drywall. Boyfriend is handy and an engineer so he handled all the measurements. Must secure header to studs as the door is very heavy. Probably 75-100lbs once all together. Material is a…

Very easy to assemble!

I despise putting things together and to be honest I’m not very good at it, so my husband usually is left with the task. Lol I decided to take a chance and try to assemble this door on my own though while my husband was out of town. It was quite literally the easiest thing I’ve ever assembled in my life. Instructions were straightforward and descriptive, pieces were marked and pictures of every step was included. It all came together beautifully with zero confusion, frustration or any problems.

Did not know I had to put the wood together. But it was easy!

I panicked when I saw the small box it came in. So I opened immediately thinking I had ordered it way too little. I was a kit to put everything together even the door. Great directions and I put it together by myself. Love it it is beautiful and way cheaper than I had found at stores.

Fun project in my review

One needs to be a little handy to do this. If you routinely assemble furniture or install items on the wall it helps. Read everything all the way through before you begin. The header suggestion was a good one. I strongly suggest hanging the header. Find studs, measure, level, measure, level, before the drilling starts.The door assembly was easy enough. One should use a large flat workbench or level floor to assemble the door. Clamps will help. Don't screw it together until all pieces have been…

Looks amazing good for me

Looks good, easy and came in time, didn’t give 5 starts only because the door was damaged. Possible happened in transit but I don’t know, wood was cracked. Other than that, I was very happy overall

Sturdy, light, and beautiful

This Door was really well-made. I put it together and it was perfectly square. I added glue to all of the joints for stability and I sealed it with poly. Everybody loves how it looks.

Charming new feature

This kit was very easy to work with. I primed and painted all the boards individually before assembling the door. The door is very heavy. The wood was in excellent condition when it arrived and required very minimal sanding on some of the ends.

Not pleased on my review.

This door is not assembled. It is a thin light weight door. It is not stained or painted even though I ordered gray and the description says gray. I bought another barn slider from Lowes that was already assembled, prefinished with frosted glass for less than $50 more and it was a much more sturdy door. Will not buy this again

Chips with just a hand hold

Very cheaply made. Touch it once and the stain/paint comes off or chips away. Wish it was sealed better. Would return it, but it's already installed.

Cracked after 6 months

Door was easy to assemble and install when I bought it in June. In December we found a crack running from top to bottom on the board that the handle mounts to. I tried using the " manufacturer support” link from Best Buy, but there is no where on the site to submit questions or get help. Absolutely NO customer service support.

Great doors…missing hardware

Purchased two of these doors. Put the first one together with no problem at all. Started to piece together the second one and realized I didn’t have any of the hardware. I’ve reached out to the company via email so hopefully they will be sending. Doors seem well-made, and we’re super easy to put together. Only rated as 4 stars due to missing parts.
