Easy to assemble the door. Follow the directions. They were very clear and easy to read. I used a header as I didn’t want to remove/change the door frame. I had water lines to avoid in 2 spots so I did opt to grab 2 replacement lag bolts for the black track that were same size but shorter so they didn’t enter drywall. Boyfriend is handy and an engineer so he handled all the measurements. Must secure header to studs as the door is very heavy. Probably 75-100lbs once all together. Material is a very nice wood - still deciding if I want to stain or not. I had no issues with warped wood - small gaps on cross boards but not enough to look bad plus instructions say it should expand. If you want a quick day project and have the funds - this door is worth it! I read so many reviews on so many doors from many merchants and I’m so happy I chose this one from Best Buy.
