I bought this after seeing how limited the factory is. I have a Duramax 2018. I also bought the program. I tried K&N for 300 miles before turning on the program and I saw a difference in MPG 1-2 and pickup.

I like the performance with the increased airflow. I would suggest that you take out the clear plastic filter and set it on an old clean towel for a day to remove excess oil. I buy mine during sales and just change them out like regular filters. I don't clean or reuse them.

Perfect fit for my 2018 GMC Sierra 2500 Duramax. Definitely increased airflow and allows the engine to open better. There is a noticeable difference under moderate to hard acceleration, hill climbing and towing. I also have a slight increase in MPG when driving on the freeway.
