Disappointing adhesive for industrial applications

This adhesive failed to meet expectations in industrial and scientific settings. Its weak bond strength resulted in costly product failures and safety concerns. However, its easy application process made it convenient to use, but ultimately its lack of durability and reliability make it an unsuitable choice for high-performance industrial adhesives.

Pros
  • Strong structural adhesive that creates durable bonds between a variety of materials.
Cons
  • Requires special dispensing equipment for application, making it more difficult and expensive to use compared to standard adhesives.

It worked. Very good. The only thing is you have to have a gun that goes with it. To get the right amount of mix. So it can work as intended. Very good product. Yes I would recommend

Pros
  • Strong adhesive can replace screws, rivets and welds
Cons
  • I don't remember but something was

Works and works well

I bought this adhesive to glue Tefzel plastic clips to a gearbox that runs at around 115 degrees Celsius. Tefzel is the chemical name for Teflon, so sticking Teflon to something hotter than boiling water is a hell of a job. This stuff works and you can get 10 pounds off the staples after it's stuck. There are only 2 downsides. Curing takes about 4-6 minutes even if the surface temperature is already 115Β°C. So for vertical surfaces you need to hold it mechanically while it cures. Another…

Pros
  • Medium viscosity allows for controlled dispensing
