The speed, accuracy & ease to use this machine! I am able save so much time in my office with just one person using it compared what we would have previously done by hand or other methods (like tracing). It can be difficult at times but once you get used too its great! Definitely consider trying out their demo first if possible as some features are not available until after purchase which was fine since i knew they were good quality anyway :) We had been struggling through our workflow process

I love how you can see your work as soon it's created, so there are no surprises when looking at something in person that was not what we expected from our computer model! It takes some practice to get used too but once mastered this really helps with communication between different departments (ecc). The product itself works great, it's easy to use with little training required from customer service personnel! It would be nice if there was more functionality available within this device as well (such as being able get an idea or design before scanning).
