I have a Shih Tzu with allergies to salmon, chicken and turkey. My veterinarian suggested I feed my dog beef or bison. It is extremely difficult to find a beef dog food that doesn't also contain chicken or turkey. Well, this one is beef, only, along with vegetables. My dog just loves it!

After playing food roulette for years, I stumbled across this food. I used to have to cook chicken or beef etc to put on top of their food. Tried this one w/out putting anything but his bone broth on it and he gobbled it up in no time. Usually it takes an act of congress to get him to eat.not now. I alternate between the chicken & beef flavor or sometimes mix the two together. Sometimes he gets bored w/it but, who wouldn't if you're eating the same thing day after day. My dog loves the taste, but it still seems to be too hard for him to eat without coaxing him into it with gravy. He does seem to have an easier time eating it than regular kibble, though. So at the very least it was money well spent

I was at my neighbor’s house and asked her what she used for treats when training her dogs. She told me she uses this food! Why did this not occur to me? Treats can be a tad spendy.This particular box of food comes in serving size pouches, which is great because the rest of the food won’t dry up or get stale if I’m not using it super quickly. My labradoodle absolutely loves these as treats and gets so excited when she knows she’s getting some. I give her a couple morsels at a time.

My dog seem to get sick and weak after he eats this dog food. He seem to like the taste but I am afraid that they don't agree with His stomach.

Very easy for an older dog with only 3 teeth to eat. A dog with no teeth could easily eat it too. Soft enough to gum and swallow. Thank you Beneful!

My older 13 yr old dog who unfortunately is missing teeth has an easy time chewing it. He does prefer the chicken over the beef.

My dog loves them! Works great to reinforce her good behavior. I also crumble a few up on top of her meals to make she eats everything. They are small so they don’t add a lot of calories to her diet. Glad that my dog trainer recommended them. Great price!

Our dog is very picky! She is pretty spoiled and prefers to hold out for people food. This is the one dog food that she actually enjoys.

My dog loves this food. It is made with simple wholesome ingredients and because it is a soft chew he is able to eat with a number of missing teeth. Only complaint is have to cut each packet open and for my small 10 pound dog I have to clamp shut to preserve freshness as it is at a minimum two feedings worth in each bag.

We have an older Chihuahua that is slowly losing all his teeth from age. These are soft enough that I can mash them with a fork into tiny bits, if I need to. He can be a picky little thing but he seems to like this food. He gets a little over a 1/4 of a package at mealtime (mixed with rice) so one package lasts 2 days for us. I just store what's left in one of those plastic deli containers for the next day.

I love having a softer kibble for my little guy. He likes it. It comes in small packages which are easy to grab, and I brought some on a trip because they pack easily.

I was excited to try this food with my dogs. They LOVED the taste on day 1 and eagerly begged for more. But I quickly noticed that both dogs had softer stools and had to ‘go’ more frequently. I have a very picky chiweenie. For his size, he eats a bag per day which makes this a very affordable, pretty healthy food. Highly recommend if your dog enjoys the taste.

My boy is happy when it comes to his breakfast and dinner when it comes to this stuff! Mix half a bag with his food in the morning and the other half of his dinner and it lasts me a month. Can't beat the price

My dog is a very picky eater which is probably unusual for a dog. I finally found the right food for him once he ate Beneful Simple Goodness! They stopped carrying it at my grocery store so I was very pleased to find it here on Best Buy! I feel good about this brand as a healthy choice for my boy!

I accidentally ordered the wrong item. I was skeptical my dog would eat it, shes a very picky eater. She won't eat dried unless I mix it with wet dog food. I was amazed she loved it, it was moist, smelt great and she ate it. My dog thinks a great product as do I. It is a great price.
