Bought this for my daughter. It came with a big chip in the board, contacted the company and they sent a new one out right away. I was very pleased with their customer service and quick response. The board is nice and sturdy, it held me and I'm 256 lbs. This product was purchased for my beginning board daughter. We love the sturdiness and the grip on the board. It is also well designed and pleasing to the eye. The light up wheels delight her.

Well, let's just say that I decided to learn to skateboard later in life and this thing is phenomenal! The size is great and it's manageable is awesome!

This thing rides so smooth and sturdy, I'm clumsy and have zero hand-eye coordination but managed to get pretty far before my dominant leg got tired XD.I'm happy with the board I got for the price, it looks identical to the product advertised EXCEPT there was definitely no T-tool. Which I'm very sad about but otherwise, great board with awesome wheels!

Prior to this purchase, I never rode a board of any kind, but it was very easy to learn on this one!It seems a little unstable/wobbly, but I believe that can be fixed by tightening up the trucks.Very pleased!

I spent hours trying to find the perfect skateboard for my daughter and this is it! I purchased this as a birthday gift for my 14 year d granddaughter. She chose it and sent the link to me. I was happy that it was to be used outdoors and invved exercise. Since then she's lost 15 unnecessary lbs. and is enjoying herself.

I really like this board as a beginner- my feet were a little wet from left over snow on the ground yet I wasn’t sliding on the board which is really good! I don’t know how to control my speed yet which is why I almost fall off when I ride, but it catches really good speed! I also love how the wheels light up, especially how they look at night
