💊 Premium 5-HTP 200mg - 240 Capsules Review

This is my third bottle of this brand. The last two bottles I had only had two ingredients: 5-HTP and rice flour; It has since been replaced by ascorbyl palmitate as a filler that causes horrible acne. I needed to find out what had changed in my daily routine that was causing my acne. I will no longer use anything that causes acne. Rice flour is great, don't know why it was changed.

I've been using HTP 5 for years. I've used many different brands. The brand I used sold out so I gave it a try because it felt like a deal. NO. I'd rather pay a high price than some shoddy junk. Every time I took it I felt terribly sick. Abdominal pain, cramps, severe flatulence, nausea. It took me a few times to figure it out, it happens within 15-20 minutes of taking the pill.

Therefore, I will return the product and no longer use Bestvites.
