Good quality at a good price

I use this for ham radio antennas and support lines. The 3/16 inch size fits most applications. Great value for the 500ft and the coil will last a long time.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Little repairability

Made in the USA, used to mount a ham radio antenna

Used to mount a ham radio antenna. Cheaper than buying from regular online radio providers. Looks like the same material and also made in the USA. Let's see how it holds up over time.

Pros
  • Fits me perfectly
Cons
  • Slightly dented

no stretch: tarpaulin and brackets

I use it for spanning high verticals and setting dipoles. It was also used as a temporary stretch in the field for the masts erected to hold the beams. Great product and will last for many many years. I've had it for 7 years with no decay or signs of weakness and I live in Kansas with sun, rain, wind and snow.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Large Dacron polyester cord.

I used this cable to hang a 105 foot long wire antenna with an exposed wire lead hanging from the center insulator. The cord is attached to two trees 40 to 50 feet tall. It has held up well for months without stretching or breaking and we've had strong winds. I used 3/16" cable.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Only available in black

The Right Stuff Best in Hardware

I bought this line to use as a ham radio antenna hoist line. For the weight, length and price it was excellent, I particularly like the plastic spool. I've seen flimsy spools fall and break, turning the balance of line into a useless, tangled mass. Not so this product. Long pipes with no signs of wear were constantly used in my garden. I am 100 percent satisfied and will buy this product again the next time I need it.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Good but not great

Excellent low stretch line - highly recommend.

I use this rope to hang wire antennas for my amateur radio. I've used paracord in the past, but this has led to problems with the line tangling and "hanging" in the branches supporting my antennas, and I've also had several paracord lines that break during a storm, myself with a lot of sag. in line. I've been using this dacron rope for almost 2 years now and haven't had a single break. The rope is well controlled and runs smoothly through branches. I will definitely be buying more of these for…

Pros
  • GOLS Certified
Cons
  • Operating Speed

Very high quality product.

3/16" x 500 ft Black Polyester Cord (#6) - Fast Shipping. Well wound on a strong quality spool. Excellent product. No, very little stretch No, very little stretch Knots hold up well Fairly soft and flexible Too early to judge durability. I bought this rope to run 150 foot long wire antennas through trees. This is great for this purpose, but similarly in future projects I'll probably choose the 1/8" version of the same product. The 3/16" diameter may be overkill for mounting end-fed wire…

Pros
  • Very Impressive
Cons
  • Frequency
