I've seen complaints of cracks and problems but I think it should be fixed. Not a single cracked or broken tube and they sent a few extras. I've used some to put invitations in and others as souvenirs to dress up Pop Rock (1 pack filled the tube) and MINI m and ms. Even the booth was perfect. No complaints at all!
