worked fine A+++++

Works perfectly. It took 5-10 minutes of work. (including disconnecting the battery). mine is torn Ford's worst product placement. I have a Ford F-150.

Resetting error code 4-2 on my 2004 Explorer

I bought this sensor knowing it was for F-150, I tried it on my 2004 Explorer and it was easy to install and clear 42 Pad Security. error code.

Perfect replacement

Although I never went into my truck to make sure the sensor was working the 4-2 dash is gone and took about 3 minutes to replace. The hardest part was disconnecting the battery.

Replace this with airbag error code β€œ42”.

The price seemed a bit high but that's my opinion. Anyway - I had a "42" error code on my dashboard airbag. A quick search revealed this to be the little thing. Removed old, put this in the joint with dielectric grease and - voila! The code is no more. It's worth it at this price too. You really don't want your airbags to not work?
