    Buy something else!

    Purchased October 10, installed October 20. Took 10 days. 10 bloody days! Very easy to install, works great. Then. it's not like this.

    Disappointed with power windows and motor assembly

    Installed 2 months ago and already broken. The window is stuck in the lower position. Very disappointing. It's too late for a refund now. Now I have to buy another one.

    Defective and missing parts

    Listed as used - like new condition. Not so. It had missing and broken parts. My husband tried hobbling it along with our existing broken unit but couldn't as they both had the same bad/worn out parts. He ended up having to throw it away and buy a new part from a car dealership. All in all, it's just a waste of time and money.

    Poor quality good for window regulators and motors

    Everything worked fine for the first two months after installation but today I rolled down the window and it fell straight down so I took the door panel off to see if it works, he might have fallen out of the way, but he was still on. So I tried rolling it up and all it did was a crackle and rumble. I hardly use this vehicle so I don't really understand the concept I guess.

    A little noisy

    The product works quite well but makes a "crunching" or "grinding" sound halfway up and down the window. I don't think it will take very long. I would like to give a good review but I don't trust what I have. I hardly use the car so if it survives the winter I will be happy. Actually, I should have installed it and forgotten about it. There is no such happiness. Every time I raise or lower a window, I expect it to be the last.
