8-Pack Of Activated Carbon Replacement Filters For 81Oz/2.4L Cat Water Fountain And Pet Water Fountain Review

While searching for replacement filters for the catit flower fountain, these came up. I'm sure there's some behind the scenes shenanigans causing Ebay to believe these are an appropriate replacement, but they're definitely not. These filters are too small for the catit fountains. Unfortunately this means I've wasted my money, but perhaps you can learn from me.

I'm a little disappointed that this was suggested to me and they claim it's the right filter for my cat's water fountain. It's DEFINITELY not. They'll work in a pinch, but I'll be tracking down the correct ones and getting those. I'm only going to use these if I don't have the right ones and can't get them quickly. They seem decent and I'm sure they're perfect for the right fountain, I'm just annoyed.

If you have a pet watering station, it requires constant maintenance.The filters keep the maintenance to a minimum. That's my review.

I bought this because I purchased a cat fountain a while back. Below in the summary this was one of the recommendation purchases so I bought it. Sadly it’s too large but I made it work lol. I just had to shove the thing in there lol.Either way yeah check sizes first

I like the fact that every filter gets thrown away and The price I paid for each filter is reasonable for a disposable item.

I have a petite water fountain for my cats and dogs. this only fits if you cut the trim all the way around on the outside. Can't beat the price so I'll purchase again in the future.

This was a reorder of a previously bought filter. The older type has a ½" center hole. The newer type has a 1" hole. Not a huge deal but it lets water bypass the filter.

Works great with the water fountain I have for my 10 cats! Now they can drink all the clean water they want! Thank you for the amazing product

I may have missed it in the description, but if you have a fountain like mine then I would not get these filters. I like the idea and not having a plastic base like the ones catit uses, but.the filters are too small to really work with this fountain. As you can see there is space the water can completely bypass when being recycled.

I like this simply because I am getting a ton for what you pay, it works just fine as well but it just didn't fit my cat's water filter completely.

The filters are fine. But they aren't a proper fit for the fountain. There is a gap all around the edge where debris can enter the water, and end up in the motor without an additional physical filter.

Not the original filter for our pet fountain but looks, fits and works the same. Three spoiled cats and one ferret approve of this filtered water!

The fur children enjoy fresh filtered water. They seem to be working and filtering out the "bad" in our water. Thanks for attention.

I love how convenient it is to change the filters every 3 to 4 weeks. I clean the fountain once a week and check to make sure the filter is OK as well. Great product.

This filters seem to work good. They catch a lot of fur and seem to work well with my pet fountain. My cats love drinking from their fountain.

The filter does a good job if and when you can get to fit into your fountain. I had to modify the filter plate that came with the fountain to insert the replacement filter. This meant tearing/cutting out the original filter apparatus from the fountain's filter holder. Once this was done, inserting the replacement filter was easy.

I just opened a new filter and to put in fountain and they are not the size specified. They are much smaller and don't cover the bottom of the fountain tray.

I should have paid more attention to the details. For some reason I was under the impression these would fit our 2 Buibuicat fountains, probably because the one picture they show looks just like it. However, these are quite a bit larger than what we need. Too late to send them back so I’m just squishing them in and will replace them regularly until we run out of them. Otherwise I’m sure they would be just fine.

My cats love their fountain and I needed more replacements that were affordable and could fit my cats’ water fountain. Thanks for attention.
