Works like a charm - get pregnant in 10 minutes!

After struggling for hours with a bearing puller hired from Advance Auto I had to give up and order this three arm puller. Although only two of the three jaws fit in the bearing, the bushing comes out on the first try. Great tool for DIY clutch work. Probably won't be suitable for shop use but perfect for the hobby mechanic.

  • Stylish and modern design

WORTH EVERY PENNY! for tools and equipment

I have tried a few different types of bearings with no success. One was slide hammer style and the other was U-shaped puller style. The slide hammer puller broke one of the legs and the puller's U-shaped legs would not hold at their ends. He would just pierce the bearing without even moving it. This was my 3rd option. He tore through this camp like a hot knife through butter. It was easy to install on the stock and I had no problems. The reason I chose this one is because it has paw ends. They…

Used on 350Z Manual Transmission Control Bearing

Worked very well for me when I replaced the clutch on my 2003 Nissan 350Z. I tried pushing the brass guide bushing out using the bread method but it didn't work. Other bearing pullers are much more expensive. This little tool worked like a charm. Went straight out. I was only able to use two jaws due to the diameter of the sleeve I pulled out, but it worked nice and smooth. I had to put in a couple of flywheel bolts, the flywheel was already removed to increase the pull distance by about half…

Minor modifications to improve

This worked great pulling out a .587" ID pilot bearing on a 2005 4.3L Chevrolet. The bearing was very rusty and stuck, my OTC 4420 failed and broke trying to get it out. To make it that small I slightly modified 3 jaws in 2 places, washed them with a grinder, removed some of the material that seemed unnecessary and got rid of the roughness. I also made one of the pins removable by sanding down the broken side and knocking it out with one punch. This allowed me to run the 2 arm puller and insert

I was going to put 1 star until I found out

There are no instructions for the product. The youtube videos don't show any details on how it works. I'm a smart guy and figured it out after about 30 minutes before going to the bin. The device in the advertised image is adjusted in the fully extended position where adjustment occurs when the thrust bearing is withdrawn from the crankshaft. The two side legs are too short to use this device as it is. To get the bearing out of the crankshaft you need to extend each side support on a bushing or
