🧼 Piaa 95065 Super Silicone Wiper Blade - 26 inch 650mm (1 Pack) Review

Bought new these wipers smear and leave a 'haze' on the windscreen, although I have cleaned the glass thoroughly and followed the prep kit instructions. It doesn't matter if the blades last a year or more if they can't keep the windshield clean so I can see in the rain. Overpriced for the same or worse performance compared to other wiper blades. Lesson learned: just buy the cheapest rubber blades and replace them every 3 months or so when they wear out. Watch a video to see how badly they work.

This is the second set of PIAA wipers I have bought. The first set was on a Subaru Impreza and the wipers worked perfectly for over a year until I sold the car. I relied on the normally reliable Revain filter which said "This fits your GMC Sierra". The filter ended up being wrong, but I'll let that slide. They do not fit. WILL NOT FIT a new Chevy or GMC pickup, you will need version 97055 fitted. I received these first ones, had to return them and order others. Did my personal comparison test between a PIAA silicone blade and a regular wiper blade from my local auto parts store over 2 years ago. Test completed, original PIAA blade still works! If streaks appear on the windshield, I use denatured alcohol to clean the PIAA blade, BAM! Works like new again. The silicone-free blade didn't even last 6 months when it started showing streaks. Cleaning the blade with denatured alcohol didn't help. I now have PIAA silicone wiper blades on all three of my cars!

My family has 5 cars to service and they all get PIAA when the time comes. The first PIAA kit was installed on my SAAB in November 2014, it's now April 2017 and the wipers are still great.
