Looking good for a while

The overall structural integrity of the emblems is good, but the quality of workmanship is below average. Only driven about 2 months and the front emblem has a chip showing the blank underneath. Save yourself the hassle and grab the blanks and powder coat them yourself.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Slightly torn

You look great!

Looks great! Installation wasn't easy, but I knew it would happen. There is a great YouTube on the web that will help anyone with front emblem removal. The rear emblem requires additional effort. I bought a 3M adhesive remover bit https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005RNGN8I?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share which is designed not to damage the car's paintwork. This is explained in the video on YouTube.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Almost never

Heavy metal you need more tape

These badges are amazing. heavy metal. Make sure you buy some really good gray 3M tape and add a few more. You will also need one of these decal removal wheels for your drill press to remove the rear bags from your truck. The best way to remove these badges from your truck is to take a piece of fishing line and run it back and forth like a saw. Just walk between the badge and the truck. Take a screwdriver and pry the front GMC packs off your grill, use rubbing alcohol and a bunch of double…

Pros
  • Good product for the price

  • Some trouble

Bad installation setup

Box opened, checked, repacked and sent back. The look right out of the box was great. The factory emblems are plastic, but it's a heavier metal, which poses a problem for the rear emblem. It had (4) 1/2" x 4" pieces of double sided tape that would never hold up in my southern summer. To make matters worse, as far as I know the front grill needs to be removed and you need to start drilling holes to attach the front badge. People in other reviews telling you how easy it is are full of it. Do not…
