Works well for a while but.

Aftermarket batteries for whatever reason do not work as well as the original batteries, but then again, anything is way better than a battery that wont charge.This battery for me is about as good as the original. I tend to find that they take several full charge and discharge cycles to show their true potential.This battery was not difficult to install and works very well. So far this is a great battery replacement

**update 1/5/22** Sadly, it seems like this battery has deteriorated rather quickly. I have to charge it very frequently now and it doesn't seem to like to hang around in the upper area of a charge for very long at all. The laptop itself is getting very old but I can't imagine that's causing issues with the battery itself not keeping a great charge.----I finally got irritated enough with the battery in a mac pro retina 13-inch, early 2015 laptop to get this installed.
