First: This product was packaged as a first class shipment. With these carriers we have transported our kayaks very successfully over long distances. We found the shelves to be very durable and well constructed and we would highly recommend them to anyone, including first time users. The fact that they fold up far enough for the Honda Pilot to reach the garage is very helpful.

These luggage racks exceeded my expectations. The struts are very strong, high quality and fit my Grand Cherokee perfectly. The instructions on how to use the straps could be clearer. After figuring this out, I can now tie 2 yaks in about 10 minutes. Would definitely buy again. I tested on the freeway at 70mph and everything was stable. When folded, I can enter the garage without taking it off.

I installed these Js on Rhino Rack cross members on my 2018 Chevy Equinox. They fit well, the screws provided are long enough for a secure fit. They easily transported two kayaks and a paddleboard.
