This cue has proven to be a good cue for a lower price. The only problem was that the tip of the cue is very hard. The cue looks good and is very comfortable to use and has become my only cue and backup cue. In general, if you want more cue ball action at impact, you'll need to switch to a softer tip. If you just want a good cue or a replacement cue or a good beginner cue then this is a good option for the price.

In a word. Fiction! Focus on the stick. I love this pool cue. The ergonomic design struck me as odd at first, but then I realized that it allows me to put the joystick in the same spot every time for smoother shots. My wife bought it for me for Christmas and has since threatened to take it away because my playing has improved so much with the new cue. We will also be buying one for each of our children's next birthdays. Great stick, great price!

Great cue. Bought as a gift and couldn't choose the weight. I gave it to my wife for her birthday and she thought it was too light. But she kept using it. Well after getting used to the lighter weight of 19 ounces. She successfully held a full table after the 8 ball break. So yes, she loves it. It is well balanced and straight. Actually has good reviews from the tip. I was shocked. I shoot Pure-X or Champions and love this stick. Certainly others.

My pool cue finally arrived. I was very excited when my cue arrived. Definitely a great design. Very comfortable grip. Unfortunately mine had a slight warpage but nothing I can't work with. Can't complain as the price is so cheap. Maybe I was just unlucky as other reviews say they got a perfectly straight clue. I wouldn't mind buying from them again, maybe I'll try again soon and see if I get a direct hint. Still 4 stars because the pen is great.

This has been edited. I have never been happier with a company's customer service than I have with this company. This is the friendliest, quickest and most caring company I have ever dealt with. They sent me another stick as I turned 19 instead of 18. They even sent me a tapper for the inconvenience. They respond quickly and I get compliments all the time. This cute specimen was exactly as advertised. It was easy and worked very well. The tip was perfectly formed and only needed rubbing to keep the chalk in place. The grip works great, especially when shooting with it, not only because you can comfortably hold it lower or higher on the butt of the cue. I've read some negative reviews about this product, someone said their reviews aren't exactly straight forward. Someone else said their tip broke pretty quickly. Mine was dead straight and wow what a cute line! The only part of my game that's good is that I have a really strong break. I immediately started breaking as hard as possible, over and over again, so if the tip was bad or about to break it would be during the return period. I broke as hard as I could (I have the strongest brake I know)
